Purchase of Copies of Tapes (f'ecs) Regulations, 1.995

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 7 of the Electro-

Magnetic Recording of Proceedings Act, the Minister of Justice and

the Arts, with the colICurrence of the Minister of Finance, has made the

following regulations: -

I . 1bcse regulations may be cited as the Copies of Tapes (fees)

Regulations. 1995. and shall be deemed 10 have come into fora: on the

1st December, I995.

A fee of three Maltese tiri (Lm3) shall be payable 10 the

Registrar of Courts for the purchase of every copy of an original of a

tape on wh ic h proceedings have been recorded by any eicctro-magnetic

means, irrespective of the duratio n of such tape.
