Local Manufactures (Promotion) (Amendment of

Second Schedule) Regulations, 19%

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 10 of the Local

Manufactures (Promotion) Act, the Minister for Economic Services has

made the following regulations: -

I . ( I) These regulations may becited as the Local Manufactures

(Promotion) (Amendment of Second Schedule) Regulatio ns. 1996 and

shall be read and construed as one with the Local Manufactu res

(Promotion) Act, hereinafter referred to as "the Act".

(2) These regulations shall comc into force on the 1st

January, 1996.
