Authority Act. the President of Malta has made lIle following order: -

The property referred to in article 2 of this order is the follow- Des<:ripioo

ing. that is to say

(I) The following land at Ta' Zwejt, limits of Birkirkara, as

hereunder indicated-

(a) A plot of land having an areaof approximately 680

square metres bounded on the North-West by Triq Cuil; Borg,

on the South-East by Alessio Xuereb and on the South-West

by John Mary Borg. edged green and indicated as Plot A on

LD. 100192;

(b) A plot of land having an area of approximately

272 square metres bounded on the North-West by Triq Cuil;

Borg, on the South-West by Anthony Montfort and on the

North-East by Charles Darmanin. edged green and indicated

as Plot 8 on L.D. 100/92.

The said plots fonn part of Government land acquired

in virtue of the Building Development Areas Act, Cap. 303.

(2) A plO!: of land at Nadur, Gore, having an area of ap-

proximately 1,540 square metres, bounded on the South by Triq

Tal-Hali, on the East by Triq Bingemma and on the West by Gov-

ernment property. edged green on L.D. 2618313.
