National Minimum Wage National Standard Order, 1995

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 of the Conditions

of Employment (Regulation) Act, the Minister of Education and

Huma n Resources. on the recommendation of the Labour Board, has

made the foll owin g order:~

This order may be ci ted as the National Minimum Wage

National Standard Orde r. 1995.

With effect from 1st January. 1996, the National Minimum

Pan-lime employees shall be paid pro rata at an hourly ratc nOl

below the Nationa l Minimum Wage as delennined in acco rdance with

paragraph 2 of this order and divided by fony .
