IN uercise of the powers conferred by sec1ion 4 of the Conditions

of Employment (Regulation) Act , the Ministcr of Education and

Human Resources , on the recomme ndation of the Labour Board , has

made the followinl ordcr:-

There shall be paid by employers o n the wages of whole-lime

employees as fro m 1st January, 1995 an increase for cost of living or no!

less Ihan Lm2 per week and the wages of whole-time employees shall be

adjusted accordingly.

J. The wages of part.time employees shall as from 1st January ,

1996 be increased pro rala by an hourly rate no t below that of Lm2

divided by forty.
