Notice of coming into force

IN exercise: of the powers conferred by su bsections (2) and (3) of

section J of the Code ofOrganiz81ion and Civil Procedure(Amcndment)

Act, 1995, the M inister of Justice and the Am has eSlablished the 1st

day of January, 1996 as the dale on which the provisions of paragraph

(c) of section 18.sections 24 and 25, paragroph (a) of section 84.seclions

Ill , 124 , J 26, 194. 197. 198, 227, 275 and 290 and paragnlph (a) of

section 307 ortha! Act, shall come into force.
