(Amendment) RcguJaltons, 1995

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the United

Nations (Security Council SanClions) Ac!. 1993. the Pri me M inister

has made the following regulations:-

These regulat ions may be cited as the United Nations Sanctions

(Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina) (Amendment) Regu!s!]ons, 1995

and shaH be read and construed a.~ one wi th the United Nations Sanctions

(Republic of Bosnia and Herzcgovina) Regulations, 1995, here inafter

referred to as "the principal reguJalionf',

Immediately after regulation 9 of the principal regulalions.

there shall be inscned the following new regulation

The Prime Minister may by notice in the Gazette

declare th3 t any of the provisions of these regulations shall

be i uspendcd for such period as may be so dec lared in such

notice or indefinitely. and any provision so suspended shall

for the period of such suspension be dcemed not to have any

effect. The Prime Minister may make such suspension subject

to any condition and he may also by notice removr such

suspension or condit ion whene ve r such suspension o r

condition is !to longer necessary.- .
