Housing Aulhority (Transfer of Assets) (No. 6)

Order , 1995

IN exercise of the: powers eonferred by $CCtion 12 of the Housing

Authority Act. the President of Malta has made the: following order.-

I. This order may be cited as the Housing Authority (Transfer

of Assets) (No. 6) Ordcr. 1995 .

The property described in article 4 of this order is hereby

specified for the purposes of section 12 of tOe Housing Authority Act.

The property specified in article 2 of this order shall be

transfe::ed and vest in tOe Housing Authority a~ provided in tOe section

aforesaid with effect from the: 27th November, 1995.

The property referred to in article 2 of this order is the

following. that is 10 say

(I) An area of land forming part of tOe Iklin Government

HOUSing Estate, limilS of Birkirkara, having an afea of

approximately 49 1 square metres. bounded on the South partly by

Triq Anton Buttigieg and partly by land transferred to the Housing

Authority by Legal Notice No. 35 of 1983, on the EaSI partly by

public open space ilnd partly by land transferred to the Housing

Authority by Legal Notice No. 35 of 1983. and on the West part ly

by Triq Ccnsu Busullil and partly by land transferred to tOe HOUSing

Authority by Legal Notice No. 35 of 1983. edged green on LD.

(2) An area of land forming pilrt of the Zejtun Government

Housing Estate.limilS of iejtun. having an area of approximately

68 square metres and adjacent 10 house numbered 7. Triq Xatbet t-

Andar. bounded on the Nonh-East by property of Mario Bonello.

on the South-East by property of John Cassar and on the South-

West by Triq Xatbct I-Andar, edged red on L.O. 718015.

(3) House numbered 81. Triq il-KemmulI Helu. Zejtun

(Tenement No. 68814).

(4) A block of six maisonettes and eight underlying garages

in Triq iI-Wilga, corner with Triq iz-Zurrieq, Luqa. as hereunder

indicated:-

Four maisonettes are all accessible from a separate

external door unofficially numbered I to 4 in Triq il-Wilga,

und tWO other maisonettes both accessible from a separate

el( ternal door unofficially numbered 5 and 6 in Triq 11'.-

Zurrieq,

Eight underlying garages are all accessible trom a Ramp

down to basement level leading to a common area, having

an external door unofficially numbered I 108 in Triq 1z-

Zurrieq, as shown in yellow on L.D. 191195.

Boundaries also include an undivided share of the ramp

down to the common area shown yellow on the quoted plan.

The whole block of maisonettes and garages menlioned

above are bounded together on the North-West by Triq il-

Wilga. on the South-West by Triq ii.-Zurrieq and on the

North-East by property of Joscph Magri.

These maisonettes No. 1 to 6 and garages Nos. 1 to 8

are shown ed.':ed red on LD. 191/95.

The whole block of maisooettes mentioned above are

West by Triq il-Gvcrnatur WilIiam Reid.

These maisonelles Nos. 1 to 44 are shown edged red on

L.O. 192/9511.

(7) A block of 12 maisonettes and nine underlying garages

at Neighbourhood 11 Phase V in Triq Bice Mi zzi Vassullo, Santa

Luc ia. as hereunder indicated:-

12 maisonettes all accessible from a se parate ex ternal

door unofficially numbered I to 12 in Triq Dice M iZli Vassallo

and they also include a front and side garden as shown on

L.O. 11 /82159.

Nine underlying garages all accessible from a se parate

exte rnal door unofficially. numbered I 109 in a road at the

back of said maisonettes.

The said garages underly maisonettes No. I to 6.

The whole block of maisonettes and garages mentioned

above are bounded together on the North -West by Triq Maria

De Domenicis.on the Sooth-West by Triq Sice Mizzi Vassallo

and on the South-East by Triq il-Prinjoli .
