The Civil Aviation (Investigation or Accidents)

(Amendment) Regulations, 1995

IN vinue of the powers conferm:l by sections 4 , 18 and 22 of the

Civil Aviation Act. the Minister for Transpon, Communi<:ations and

Technology has made the following regulations:-

I. (1) These reJUlations may be cited as the Civil Aviation

(Investigation of Accidents) (Amendment) Regulations, 1995,00 shall

be read and construed as one with Ihe Civil Aviation (Investigation of

Accidents) Regulations, 1956, herei nafter referred to as ''the principal

regulations""

(2) These regulations shall be deemed to have come inlo

forceon the 3rd December, 1995.

In the principal regu lations. for the words "Legal Secretary"

wherever these occur. there shall be substituted the words " Attorney

Gerltul".

3t For paragraph (I) of regulation 14 in the Maltese tex t of the

principal regulations there shall be substituted the foll owing:-

"( I) Dawn ir.Regolamenli jistghu jissejhu r. Regolamenti

la' 1- 1956 dwar !. Investigazzjoni ta' o;sgrauji n -Avjazzjon;
