Regulations, 1995

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection (2) of section

72 and by section 74 of the Local Councils Act. 1993 , the Prime Min ister

has made the following regu lations:-

(I) These regu lations may be ci ted as the Local Councils

Act (Amendment of First Schedule) Regulations, 1995.

(2) Any reference to "the Ac t" in these reg Ll lations s hall be

construed as a reference 10 lhe Local COLlncils Act , 1993.

The design in the coat-of-arms in the Firsl Sched Lllc to the

Act of the following localities s hall be a mended as follows:-
