IN exercise oflhe powers vested in him by section 16 ofthe Small

Oaims Tribunal Act, 1 99~. the Minister of Justice and the Am Iw

made the follow ing rules:-

(I) These rules may be cited as the Small aairns Tribunal

(AmendmenQ Rules. 1995, and shall be read and coll$uucd as one w ith

the Small C laims Tribu nal Rul es. 1995, hereinafter referred 10 as "the

principal rules",

(2) These rules shall be deemed to have come inlO force on

the 13th October. 1995.
