IN exercise oflhe powers conferred by section 37 of the Telemalta

Corporation Act. the Board, with the approval of the Minister for

Transport. Communications Ilnd Technology and wi th the concurrence

of the Minister of Fin3l1ce, ha~ made the following regulations

I . (I) These regulati ons may be cited as the Overseascu_ .....

Regulations. 1957. hereinafter referred to a.~ "the principal regulations". of 1"1.

(2) These regulations shall be deemed to have come into

force on the 1st January, 1995,

Immediutely after regulution 3A of the principal regulations "'do11~

For the purposes of Ihe Value Added Tax Act, 1994 .

all charges specified in tbese regulations in respect of the

provision of any goods or services being taxable supplies

wi thin the terms of the said Act and any regulutions issued

thereunder. shall be deemed to be inclusive of value added

tax payable under the said Act," ,

3. For the words "coin-boX lines" in paragraph 6 of the Fi rst " ...... 'hc

Schedule to the principal regulations there shall be substituted the words ::. S;;;,!~
