IN exercise of the powers conferred by se<:lion 19 of the Penons

with Disability (Employment) Act. the Minister of Education and

Human Resources. aftcr consultation with the Employmcnt and

Training Corporation, has made: the following ordcr:-

This order may be cited as the Persons with Disability

(Designated Employment) Order, 1995.

1. Employmcm as a passcngerc1ectric lift attendant. that is to say. employmem

in operating and controlling an electrically driven passenger lift.
