(Amendment) (No. 5) Regulations, l995

IN exercise of me powers confened by secti<ln 3 of the United

Nations (Socurity Council Sanctions) Act, 1993, the Prime Minister

has made the following regulations:-

These regulations may bccited as the UnitedNarioos Sanctions

(Federal Republic of Yugoslavia - Serbia and Monlenegro)

(A mendment) (No. 5) Regu lations, 1995 and. shall be read and

construed as one with the United Nations (Federal Republic of

Yugoslayia - Setbia and Mooteoegro) Regulations. 1994. bereinafler

referred 10 as ··the principal regulations".

In paragraph (a) of regulation 21 or the principal regulations

for the words "18th Seplembcr. 1995" there shall be substituted the

words " 18th March. 1996"
