IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 12 of the Housing

Authority Act.lhe President of Malta has made the following order:-

I . This orde r may be cited as Ihe Housing Authority (Transfer

of Assels) (No. 5) Order. 1995.

The property described in article 4 of thi s order is hereby

specified for the purposes of section 12 of the Housing Authority Act .

The property specified in article 2 of thi s order shaH be

transferred and vest in the HOUSing AUlhority as provided in the section

aforesaid with effect from the 16th August. 1995.

The property referred to in article 2 of this order is the

following . Ihat is to say

(I ) The following land fonning part of the Biriebbuga

Government Housing Estate (Phase 11). limits of Biriebbuga. as

hereunder indicated:-

(a) A plol of land having an area of approximately

143 square metres bounded on the North by Triq il-Gaww i.

on the East by Triq il-Qroll and partly by property ofGeorge

Zammil. edged green and marked Plot A on L.O. 15319412

(b) A plot vf land huving an area of approximately

4,886 square metres bounded on the North by Triq iJ- Borok.

on the South by Triq il-Gawwi and on the West by Triq il-

Qroll. edged green and marked Plot B on L.O. 153/94/2

(c) A plot of land having an area of approximately

3.100 square metres bounded on the North by Triq il-Gi rghien,

on the South by Triq il-Borok and on the West by Triq it-

(d) A plot of land having an area of approximately

2,995 square metres bounded on the South by Triq I-Imhar.
