University Fees (Amendment) (No. 2)

RegulatioDli, 1995

IN exercise of the powers vested in him by section 41 of the

Education Act. the Minister of Education and Human Resources. with

the concurrence of the Minister of finance , has made the rolJowing

regulations: -

These regu lations may be cited as the University Fees

Malta Government Gazette — Legal Notice 1995 147 — RegulatioDli, 1995

(Amendment)(No. 2) Regulations. 1995 and shall be read and construed

as one with the University Fees Regulations. 1993. hereinafter referred

to as ''the principal regulations~.

Regulation 5 of the principal regulations shal l be renu mbered

as regulation 6 thereof.

Immediately after regulation 4 of the principal regulations there

shaIJ be added the following new regulation: -
