Small Claims T ribunal

(Duplicate Records) (Gozo) Regulations, 1995

IN excrciseofthe powers vested in him by subsection (4) ofscction

11 orlhc Small Claims Tribunal Act, 1995 , the Minister of Justice and

the Arts has made the following regulations:-

I. These regulations may be cited as the Small Claims Tribu nal

(Duplicate Records) (Gozo) Regulations. 1995.

The records and acts which shall be kept in duplicate in the

Registry of the Court of Magistrates (Gozo) are the following:-

(a)

all records relating to any case where the defendant is

indicated in the claim as resident in either of the islands of Gozo

or Comino;

(b)

all records relating to any case in which the Tribunal

holds any of its sillings in Gozo

(Gozo) in accordance with the provisions of subsection ( I) of

sec tion 11 of the Small Claims Tribunal Act, 1995.
