Small Claims Tribunal (Designa tion or Places) Order. 1995
IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection (4) of section 3
of the Small Claims Tribunal Act. 1995. the Minister of Justice and the
Arts has designated the edifice of the Courts of Justice of Malta in
Valletta and of the Court of Magistrates (Ooze) in Victoria. Ooze, as
the places where the Small Claims Tribunal shall hold its sittings.
