(ACT NO. V OF 1995)

Notice of coming Into force

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection (2) of section I

of lhe Small Claims Tribunal Act , 1995, the Minister of Jusrice and the

Arts has established the 16th October. 1995 as the date on which all the

sections of the Act shall come inlO force.
