IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 10 of the Shops

and Hawkers (Business Hours) Act. the Ministe r of Education and

Human Resou rces has made the fo llo wing regulations:-

lbese regulations may be cited as the Shops Business Hours

(Tourist l «ality) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations. 1995 and shall

be read and consuued as one with the Shops Business Ho urs (Tourist

Locality) Regulations, 1993. hereinafter referred to as "the principal

regulations".
