additional Lm2,soo,ooo 6.9% Malta Government Stock 2002

IN exercise oCthc plwen confcntd by the Local I NOS Act. 1995

and by section 4 ( I ) (a) of the Local Loans (Registered Stock and

Securities) Ordinance, Cap. 161,!he Minister of Finance has authorised

that due lOovcrsubscription in Lm 10.000.0006.9% Malta Gove rnmen t

Stock 2002 (UO rn:ated by means of Legal Notice No. 116 of 1995

published on the 25th August, 1995. an add itional Lm2.500.ooo 6.9%

Malta Government Stock 2002 (UI) havin g the same conditions shall

becrcated thus bringing the IOtal amount of this Stock to Lm 12.soo.ooo.

This additional amount shall be allotted 10 !hose applicants who had

already applied IOsubscribe to this Stock by the 26th September. 1995.
