(REGISTERED STOCK AND SECURITIES) ORDINANCE

(CAP. 161)

Directive by the Minister or Finance for the bsue of an

addilaonal LmS,500,OOO 6.s ~ Malta Govemment Stock 2000

(FOURTH ISS UE)

LN exercise of the powers conferred by the Locall...oans ACI, 1995

and by section 4 (1) (a> of lhe Local Loans (Registered Stock and

Sccurilies)Ordinance , Cap. 16 1, the Min ister of Finance has authorised

that due: 10 ovenubscdption in LmSIXYJ.ooo 6.5% Ma lta Government

Stock 2000 (IV) c.:reated by means of Legal Notice No. 115 of 1995

published on the 25th August. 1995 . an addiliOllal LmS,soo.ooo 6.5%

Malta Government Stock 2000 (IV) having the same conditions shall

be auted thU5 bringing the lOt&! amount of this Slock to Lm 10..soo,ooo.

This additional amount shall be allotted 10 those app licants who had

already applied to subscribe to this Stock by the 26th September. 1995.
