Directive by the Minister ot Finance ror the Issue or an

additional Lm7,600,ooo 6 % Malla Government Stock 1998

(SIXTH ISSUE)

IN exercise of the powers conferred by the Local Loans Act, 1995

and by section 4 ( I ) (a) of the Local Loans (Registered Stock and

Securities) Ordinance. Cap. 161, the MinisterofFinance has authorised

that due to oversubscription in Lm 10.000.000 6% Malta Government

Stock 1998 (VI) created by means of Legal Notice No. 114 of 1995

published on the 25th August, 1995, an additional Lm1 .600,OOO 61lo

Malta Government Stock 1998 (VI) having the same condi tions shall

beaeatcd thUJ bringing the to(al amountoflhis Stock to Lml7 ,600,000.

This additional amount shall be allotted 10 those applicants who had

already applied 10 subscribe to this Stock by the 26th September. 1995.
