Com mencement NOllet: of Prison Regulations, 1995

BY virtueofparagraph (2) of regulation 1 of the Prison Regulations,

1995 , the Minisler for Home Affairs has approved that all the regulations

other than regulations 11 , 12 , 13 , 14 and paragraph ( I) of regulation

11 7 of the Prison Regulations. 1995 shall come into force 00 the 1st

October. 1995. Pnntgraph (I) ofregutation 11 7 ohhe Prison Regulations,

1995 shall also COO'Ie into force on the said dale but only inS(lfar as it
