IN exercise of the powel'$ vC$ted in him by section 41 of the

Education Act. the Miniuer of Education and Human RC$(JllR:u, with

the concurrence of the Min ister of Fmance. hlL'i made the following

regulations: -

These regUlations may be cited as the University Fees

(Amendment) Regulations. 1995 and shall be read and construed as

one with the Univef'SilY Fees Regulations. 1993, hereinafter te(tned to
