EMPLOYMENT AND TRAINING SERVICES ACT

Notice of coming inlo force

IN virtue of the powers conferred by subsection (2) of section I

of the Employment and Training Services Act , the Minister of

Education and Human Resources has established the 1st January, 1996

as the date on which the provisions of sections 23 to 25 and the

provisions of section 56 of the said Act with regard to the repeal of

section 17 of the Employment Service Act, Cap. 141 , shall come into

force.
