IN u:ercisc of the powers confelTed by sections 2 and 3 of the

President of Malla and other Officers (Salaries) Act, hereinafter

referred to as " the Act" . the Prime Minister has made the follOWing

order:-

I. This o rder may be: ci ted as the President of Malta and other

Officers (Revision ofSaJaries) Order. 1995. and shall bcdeemed 10 have

come into effect on the 1st January. 1995.

There shall be paid in any year 10 the President of Malta,

instead o f the salary prescribed by section 2 of the Act. a salary of

Lm12,806.

first col umn of the Schedule hereto ioslead of the salaries prescribed by

section 3 o f the Act, the annual salaries respective ly specified opposi te

10 each s uch office in the second column of Ihat Schedule.
