(Amendment) (No. 4) Regul ations. 1995

IN exercise of the powcn conferred by section 3 of the United

Nations (Security Council Sanctions) Act. 1993, the Prime Minister

has made the following regulatiom:-

These regulations may becitedas the United Nations Sanctions

(Federal Republic of Yugoslavia - Serbia and Mo ntenegro)

(Amendme nt) (No. 4) Regulations. 1995 and shall be read and

construed as onc with the United Nations (Federal Republi c of

Yugoslavia - Serbia and Montenegro) Regulations. 1994, herei nafter

referred to as "the principal regulations" .

In paragraph (_) of regu lation 2 1 of the principal regulations

for lhe words " Slh July . 1995~ there shall be substituted the woros ~ 18th

September, 1995" ,
