lHnctor or Audit (RtviWn of Salary) Order, 1995

IN exercise of the powers confcn-ed by 51Jbsc:C:lkm ( I) of section 6 of

the Financia l Adminim31ion and Audit Act. hereinafter referred 10 as

" the Act"' . the Prime Minister has made the following order: -

I. This order may be cited as the Director of Audit (Revision of

Salary) Order. 1995. and shall be deemed to have come inlOcffttt OfIlhe

dales specified in article 2 of this Order .

Without prejudice 10 the proviso to subsection ( I) of sect;on 6

of the Act , there shall be paid 10 the Director of Audi t, instead of the

salary prescribed in that subsectio n the salary of Lm7 ,8 18.
