Provided that in the case of paragraph (c) above the

l. The Minister responsible for education shlll , in June of e~ry year

commenci ng from June 1995, pu blish a notice in the Go~mment Gucue listing the

post-graduate courses scheduled to i lart in the followi ng Octobe r in which studen ts

will be paid a sti pend.

2. The said notice shall also indicate;

(I) the number of pl aces in each parlM:ular post-graduate COUIK for

which a stipend will be paid;

(b)

the objective criteria used in establishin, such • number of places;
