IN exercise of the powers conferred by sections 2 and 3 of the

President of Malta and other Officers (Salaries) Act, hereinafter

referred 10 as " the Act" , the Prime Minister has made the following

order :-

I. This order may be cited as the President of Malta and other

Office rs (Revision oCSalaries) Order. 1994, and shall be doemcd 10 have

come into effect OD the ISI January, 1994.

There .shall be paid in any year 10 the P ..... ident of Malta.

instead of the salary pn::scoibed by section 2 of the Act , a salary of

LmI2.689.

There shall be paid 10 the holder of the offiCe spedf)C(\ in the

firsl- column of the Schedule herelo instead of me salaries prescribed by

section 3 of the Act, the annual salaries respectively specified opposite

to each such office in the second column of that Schedule.
