IN virtue of subsection (2) of section I of the O<.:cupational Health
and Safety (PromOlion) Act, 1994, the Min ister of Education and
Human Resources has appointed the ist August, 1994 u the date on
which the provisions ofsect iollS 3 and 19 of the said Act shall come inlo
force.
