made the following regulations

I. ( I) These regulations may be cited u the Civil A viation

(Route Cha rges for Navigation Serviccs) (Amendment) Regulations . ~ ­

1994, and lhall be read and ooll$trued IQ one with the Civil Aviation

(Route Charges for Navigation Services) Regul ations, 1989, hereinafter

referred to as Mlbe principal regulatiol1$" .

(2) These regulations shall come inlo force on the 1st day of

July, 1994.

For the Sl:hedule 10 the principal regu\.ations there shall be

substituted the following
