Duty Free Shop (AIMnd lMntj Regulation$, 1994

IN u crcise of the powers oonfencd by sections 16 and)S of the

import Duties A ct , the Minisler of Finance hll5 made the following

regulation$

I. ( I) These regulalions may be cited as the Duty Free Shop

(Amendment) Regula tions. 1994 and Shall be read and construed uone

with the Duly Free Shop Regulations, 1991 , herei nafter u: fencd to 115

(2) These regulations ~hall be deemed to have oome in to

force on the htJanuary , ]99).

A fee of Lm500 per annum payable to tbe Com ptroller

sha ll be charged on the grant and every u:newal of any licence

issued under the: provisions of these u:gulatio<ls

Provided that where it is shown satisfactori ly tbat the Police

fee chargeable under Ih is regulation shall be equivalent to the

amount of the: Police Trading Licence .~.
