Housing Authority (Trlnsfft' of Assets) (No. 2) Order, 1994

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 12 of the Housing

Authority Act. the President of Malta has made the following order:-

I . This order may be ci ted as the Housing Authority (Transfe r of

Assets) (No. 2) O rder, 1994.

The property described in article 4 of this order is hereby

specified for the purposes of section 12 of the Housing Authority Act .

The properly specified in article 2 of this order shall be

transferred and vest in the Housing Authority as provided in the section

aforesaid with effect from the 3rd January, 1994.

The property referred 10 in article 2 of this order is the

following , that is to say

(a) A plot of land having an area of approil:imately
