IN exercise of the po .... ers conferred upon him by sections 30(5)

and 31(6) of the Education Act (Cap. 327). the Cbanccllor of the

-U niversity of Malta has promulgated the followi ng statu te made by

the Council of the University of Malta by virtue of the powers

conferred upon it by sections 33 and 48(3) of the said Act:-

Citation

L This statute may be ciled as the Statute amending Statute 3 (A mendment

No. 7) of the University of Malta and shall be read and construed as one with the

SlalUlc of the Universily of Malta included in Schedule III of the Education Act

(Cap. 321).
