the Stock. The first payment covering the period from the 24th day of

April . 1994 to the 23rd dayofOdober, 1994, mall be made on the23rd

day of October , 1994.

• • An annu.al appropriation of not less than Lm314,OOOoul ofthe

General Revenue and Assets of the Government of Malta shall be made

as a contribution to the Sinking Fund established for the pu rpose of

redeeming the Stock. 1be first cootribution shall be made during the

year 1996.

1. The Stock shall be redeemed al the rale of LmIOO for every

Lm IOO Stock o n the 23rd April, 2004 .
