IN excrme of the powers con ferred by section 37 of the Telemalta

Corpontoon Aa , the Board, with thc approval of tile Minister for

Tt1Insport and Communications and with the concurrence of the

Minister of Finance, hall made the following regulations: -

I. (I) These regulations may be cited as tbe Telephone Service

(Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations, 1994, and shall be read and

construed as onc with thc Tclephone Service Regulations, 1972,

hereinafter referred 10 as ~th e principal regulationsM.

(2) These regulations shall comc inlO force on Ihe 1st April,

\994.
