Housing AuUtorlty (Transfer of Amu) Order, 1994

-Authority Act, the PresidentorMalla has madetbcfollowingorder:-

I. This order may be cited as the Housing Authority (Transfer of

Assets) Order, 1994.

The property described in article 4 of this order is hereby

specified for the purposes of section 12 of the Housing Authority Act.
