IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Supplies and

Services Ad , the Minister of Finanoe has made the followi ng

regulations:-

I. <I) These regulation$ may be cited as the Importation

(Control) (Amendment) Regulations, 1994. and shall be read and

construed as one with the Imponation (Control) RegulaliOfl$, 1969,

hereinafter referred to as ~I he principal regulations~.

(2) These regulations shall eome into force on the day next

following the date of their publicatiOl1 in ItIe Gazette ,

In the Schedule lathe: principal regulations, fortheitemshown

against Harmonised System Code No. 87.03, then: shall be substituted
