iN exercise of the powers conferred by section i2 of the Housing

Authority Act. the Preside nt of Malta has made the following order: -

I . This orde r may be cited as the Housing Authority (Transfe r of

Assets) (No. 3) Order, 1994.

The property described in article 4 of this order is he reby

specified for tlK: purposes of section 12 of the Housing Authority Act.

The property specified in article 2 of this order shall be

transfe rred and vest in the Housing Authority as provided in thesectton

aforesaid with effect from the 4th February, 1994.
