Overseas Post (Amendment) Reaullltions, 1994

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section n of the Post Office

Act, the Minister for Transport and Communications, with lhe

concurrence of the Minister of R nance. has made the fo llowing

regulations

I . These regulations may be cited as the Overseas Post

(Amendment) Regulations, 1994 a nd shall be read a nd construed as one

with the Overseas Post Regulations , 1989, hereinafter referred to as

"the principal regulations~.

For the word ~su rface~ in pa ragraphs {I} a nd (3) of regulation
