IN exercise of the pow<:rs oonfencd by section 47 of the Educ:alion

Act . the Minister of Education and Human Rewurces has made the

following regulat ions:-

I. These rcgulations may be ci ted as lhe National M inimum

Conditions fo r All Schools (Amendment) Regu latio ns. 1994. and shall

be read and construed as one wilh the Nalional Minimum Condi tio ns

for All Schools Regulations. 1990. published by Legal Notice No. l SOof

1990, and hereinafter referred 10 as ~Ihc principal regutations~ .

In paragtaph 12.3 of the Schedule to the principal regulations,
