Mini$ler of Finanoe. on tbe advice of the Malta Financial Servi«s

Centre. has made the following rcgulations:-

I . (i) These regulations may be cited., the [jeens«! Nominees

(Fees) Regulations. 1994.

(2) These regulations shall be deemed 10 have come into

force on the 19th September, 1994.

In these regulations, unle. lhe context ot herwise req uires-

l. (J) There shall be paid \0 the unt.e by a Ql)mpilny on the

date of its registration IS. licensed nominee in lennl of 5eCIion S LA of

the Act. a rcc of LmSOO for the i"ut o{tM: licence.

(2) Such licence: ma y be renewed in each 5uc«ssive year

upon payment by a company licensed as aforesaid to the Centre of an

annual renewal fee o f LmSOO. Such renewal fee shall be payable llpon

each anniversary of the issue of the lice nce.
