Act, 1989. the Minister for Transpon. Communications and

T echnology , has made the following regulatioll$: -

I. (I) These regulations may be cited as the Civil Aviation

( Route Charges for Nuigation Servicr$) (Amc:ndment) (No. 2)

ReJulations. 199-4, and shall be read and construed alone with the Civil

AVIation (Route Chargel for Navigation Services) Regulations. 1989,

hereinafter referred tn as Mthe principal regulations".
