IN exercise: of the powers oonfcrred by 5Cdion 59 of the Land

Registratio n Act. the Minister of J ustice has made the fol lowi ng

I. These rules m~y be: cited as the i...!Ind Registration (S ubmission

of Plans) (Amendmen t) Rules. 1994 ~nd shall be: read and construed as

one with the Land Regi stration (Submission of Plans) Rules. 1994.

Immediately after rule 2 of the principal rules there sh~1I be

(2) In the case: of an appl ication. if tha t pan ofthc

applicant may use Ihe plan menlioned in paragraph ( I)ofthis

rule: for Ihe purpo$Cs and require ments both of paragraph (2)

and of paragraph (3) of rule 2 OflMSC rules

applicalion shall also be aa:ompanied wilh a detailed plan of

rule shall be a~ail able on requeSt against a payment of Lml

per plan from the Land Registry between8.ooa.m . and 11 .00
