IN exercl$e of the powers conferred by section 34 of the Mental
Health Act . the Minister for Home Afbin and Social Development
hereby declares that the Gozo General HO$pital is being d~ipted as a
hospital for the purposes of subsection ( I) of section 2 of the $8.me Aa .
The provisions of Legal Notice 68 of 1988 shall cease to have effea as
from the 1st February, 19'}5.
