IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the

Commissioner of Land Ordinance, the PresKlent or Malta has made the

following order: -

I . This order may be cited as the Commissioner of Land

(Transfer of Rights and Liabiiitics) Order, 1994.

deed dated 24 th Novembe r, 1993.
