Port WorkHS (Ammdment) RegubUons , 1994

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 17 of the Port

Workers Ordinance, the Minister for Transport, Communications and

Technology, in consultation with the Malta Maritime Authority a.od

with the concurrence ofthe Minister ofFinancc, has made the followmg

regulalions:~

l. (I) These regulations may be cited as the Port Workers

(Amc lldme nt) RegulatioTl$, 1994, and shall be read and construed as

one wi th the Port Workers Regulations, 1993, hereinafter rcferred to as

Mlhe principal regu lations

(2) These regulations shall come into force On the 1st

November, 1994.

For the First Schedule to the principal regulations there shall

be substituted the fonowing:~
