IN exercise of tile powers conferred by section 2 of the
Commissioner of Land Ordinance, the President of Malta has made
th e following order:-

The land dCSl:ribed in article 4 of this order is hereby
specified for the purpose of section 2 of the Com missioner of Land
Ordinance.
J. The rights and liabilities In respect of article 2 of lhis order
shall with effect from tile ISI January, 1992 be exercised by Ihe Malta
Developme nt Corporation as provided in Ihe section aforesaid .
The land referred 10 in article 2 of this order is the following,
Ihal is to say
(a) An arca of land induding an y building buillthereon al
Hal Far. limits of Birtebbuga.. shown bordered in red OI! plan
L. O. 919'215, which plan is enrolled in the acts of Notary Vincent
Mice li by virtue of deed dated 9th March, 1994;
(b) An area of land including any building built the reon at
Safi shown bordered in red on plan L.O. 177193, which plan is
enrolled in the acts of Notary Vincent Miceli by virtue of deed
dated 13th October, 1993;
(c) An area of land including any building huilt thereon at
Zcj tun shown bordered in red on plan L.O . 8trI1J2. which plan is
enrolled in the BCts of Notary Vince nt Miceli by virtue of deed
dated 12th J uly , 1994.
